Import and Export Data

Data can be imported and exported via tab-delimited files. This allows you to take advantage of your pc or mac s spreadsheet and word processing applications for fast and easy data entry or to create custom reports and handouts for your teams.

The new attendance feature for scheduled events makes it quick and easy to keep track of who will be / who was at each scheduled event. Coaches, when a parent tells you that their child won t be at a game or practice, you now have a quick and handy way to record it, right at the field!

Send Emails

The CheckMark Roster Manager can create an email distribution for any combination of players, parents, or coaches, based upon the email addresses stored for your team. With just a few clicks, you can create and open a draft email on your iPad or iPhone, ready for you to compose the message you need to send. Optionally, you may attach a copy of your team s Roster Manager information for them to import into their copy of the app.

Tracked Data

The CheckMark Roster Manager provides an easy-to-use, structured method for tracking your team s information. All data fields are optional, so you can choose which ones you wish to use. For each team, you can choose whether to even display the parent data, the address data, and player s spouse/bff fields.
